At ChromeBird AI Labs, we build tools that verify software reality. We believe that your intellectual property (IP) should remain yours, and our privacy protocols reflect a commitment to transience and security.

1. The Code Covenant (Zero Training)

Our core products, including ChBird PM, require access to your codebase and project management tools (e.g., GitHub, Jira) to function.

• No Training: We never use your code, tickets, or documentation to train our foundation models or any third-party AI models.
• No Retention: Your repository indexing is transient. As soon as you disable the connection between your codebase and ChromeBird, we retain no data. All associated indices and derived analytics are immediately flushed from our active systems.

2. Data Collection

A. Application Users
We collect only the minimum metadata necessary to authenticate your account and maintain your session. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising.

B. Website Visitors
On our public marketing site, we use Google Analytics to monitor traffic patterns. This data is aggregated, anonymous, and strictly isolated from our application environment.

3. Legal Framework (GDPR/CCPA)

Your Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your data ("Right to be Forgotten"). As noted above, disconnecting your repository triggers an automatic deletion of associated Customer Data.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChromeBird AI Labs services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for your internal business purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the service.
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty ("AS IS")

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CHROMEBIRD AI LABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. ANY RELIANCE YOU PLACE ON OUR METRICS OR ESTIMATES IS STRICTLY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChromeBird AI Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ChromeBird AI Labs harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
